Italian Sedicicorto to screen ‘The Incomplete’ from Iran

The 16th edition of the Sedicicorto International Film Festival in Italy has scheduled to screen Iranian short animation ‘The Incomplete’.

Directed by Erfan Parsapour, ‘The Incomplete’ tells the story of a hungry otter, but a perfectionist and obsessive one who wants everything complete in a perfect world; a world that offers countless favorable chances.

The seven-minute title has gone on screen at several global events, including the 2019 Kaniv International Film Festival in Ukraine, the 2019 Phoenix Film Festival Melbourne in Australia, the 2019 Unknown Film Festival in Russia, the 4th Realtime International Film Festival in Nigeria, the 10th DYTIATKO International Children’s Media Festival in Ukraine, and the 23rd Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Festival in South Korea.

Launched in 2004, the Sedicicorto is held every year in October in the Italian comune of Forlì.

The event aims at offering visibility to young authors and presenting an opportunity of meeting and exchanging among film industry professionals.

The 16th Sedicicorto is slated for October 4–13, 2019.
